Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park set the stage for our guided wildlife tours. Whether you choose the stunning views of the Grand Teton Range at sunset, or the geysers and fumaroles of Yellowstone National Park, the raw and rugged beauty of the landscape will leave an impression. Flora and fauna is plentiful and our guided tours provide an excellent opportunity to capture wildlife in a natural habitat.

Old Faithful Geyser Basin Hike

On this full day adventure, you'll learn about the history of America's first National Park, with stops to view thermal features and wildlife. Our guide will get you off of the well beaten path to do some hiking around Yellowstone geyser basins.

TOUR DETAILS: We'll get an early start, leaving Jackson around 7:30am. The morning light on the Teton Range as we head North through Grand Teton National Park will have your camera out early. We'll enter Yellowstone through the South entrance and head towards Old Faithful. Points of interest may include West Thumb geyser basin, Moose Falls, Kepler Cascades, and Lewis Falls. Be on the lookout for elk and bison in their natural habitat.
The highlight of the day will be the time spent around Old Faithful. See the eruption, then leave the beaten path, spending time exploring the geyser basins. Our guides are very knowledgeable about the history, geology, flora and fauna of the area.

Roam the Antelope Flats in search of bison and, well, antelope. Experience a bit of history at the Shane Cabins and see what early life in Jackson Hole might have been like. Stop for dinner on the deck with spectacular views of the Grand Teton Range at Signal Mountain Lodge. Following dinner, head back to Jackson along the wooded Moose-Wilson road, home to the North American Moose.

You may spot an American Bald Eagle here, perched on a tree branch. Stops at Mormon Row and the Shane Cabins offer a glimpse of early settler life here in Jackson Hole. Dinner is served at Signal Mountain Lodge, with spectacular views of the Grand Teton Range. The Moose-Wilson road heading back to Jackson is prime moose habitat.
